The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst is responsible for analyzing, compiling, and reporting data related to supply chain
operations. This role involves using data to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies within the supply chain,
supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The analyst works closely with other departments, including
procurement, planning, distribution, and inventory management, to ensure data accuracy and process improvements
across the entire supply chain.

General Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to collect, extract, and compile data from various internal and external sources including ERP systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, supplier databases, and market reports.
• Build supply chain reports within our new ERP, with a primary focus on executing our reporting strategy and automating day-to-day use cases for data to improve business results.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Monitor supply chain performance against established KPIs and targets, identifying areas of improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through presentations, reports, and data-driven narratives.

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, non-exempt
• Pay Range is $36.27 - $39.00
• The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
• Overtime as necessary
• Occasional travel 10% of time

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role with a focus on supply chain management or related domains.
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools and ETL frameworks.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Configuration and Development in Oracle SCM Cloud; preferred
• Combined experience in Information Systems; required
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL and Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with supply chain management processes, workflows, and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management
• The following software and/or technology is required to effectively perform the essential duties/responsibilities of this job (including level of proficiency required for each):
• Proficient with MS-Office, Excel, Visio; required
• Experience with a Project Management Tool; preferred
• HighJump WMS and Oracle Could SCM; preferred
