We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Sharehouse Parts Clerk I based in our Chino, CA warehouse.  The Sharehouse Parts Clerk will assist in the order and maintenance of department inventory, shipping/receiving, and overall organization of the maintenance parts department.     

General Responsibilities
  • Assist with control and upkeep of the maintenance department inventory, which includes parts, supplies and tools
  • Responsibilities include receiving, shipping, restocking, and verifying orders
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the parts department
  • Maintain correct inventory parts tracking on the computer system
  • Count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock
  • Retrieve parts components orders for transfer to various locations
  • Follow inventory management procedures
  • Stock and distribute parts, supplies, and equipment 
  • Responsible for the correct billing to various departments for parts used
  • Help with pick-up and delivery of parts, as needed
  • Will operate power tools such as saws, drills, forklifts, etc.  

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Pay Range is $22.65-$25.00 per hour
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; (5) five days a week
  • Hours: 7:00 am–3:30 pm, or 8:30 am-5:00 pm 
  • Eventually schedule will change to rotating weekend work, with Wednesday and Thursday off
  • Weekend hours are: 7:00 am–4:00 pm

Qualifications
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory control, pulling orders 
  • High School diploma or GED required 
  • 2+ years experience in parts and inventory control
  • In-N-Out Burger store knowledge preferred, but not required 
  • Inventory management a plus, as well as purchasing and negotiating 
  • Ability to process mathematical equations such as conversions while receiving chemical or supplies into inventory
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to answer phones and take customer orders over the phone
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Display a professional and accommodating manner, both on the phone and in personal contact
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to multitask and balance multiple projects 
  • Forklift training; experience with power tools
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license (required)
