In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator based in our Irvine, CA* location. This position reports to the Digital & Social Media Manager and is responsible for the daily execution of email marketing, managing website content updates and maintenance; ensuring location listings (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) are accurate; and assisting with other digital marketing tasks.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator also helps ensure the timely and accurate delivery of digital content, tracks performance metrics, and supports task execution of large-scale projects.

*This position is full-time, in-office only.
 
General Responsibilities
  • Coordinates day-to-day tasks to support one-off projects, events, fundraising campaigns, eCommerce product launches and more ensuring that they all run smoothly on a daily basis
  • Manage the daily execution of digital marketing tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling and executing the following:
    • Email marketing
    • Website content updates
    • Pop-ups and homepage graphics
    • New store openings
    • Location listing management
    • Paid digital ads
    • Digital content calendar
  • Maintain the flow of day-to-day digital marketing operations and ensure that larger marketing projects are consistent, accurate, and optimized, directly contributing to the success of broader marketing efforts
  • Coordinate projects and tasks as part of the larger Digital Process Tracker and Digital Content Calendar to ensure all tasks are moving forward and meeting deadlines
  • Evaluate and monitor on an ongoing basis key metrics, analyzing effectiveness of numerous digital marketing initiatives and creating reports for management
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize digital strategies and content
  • Remain up-to-date on emerging trends and knowledge
  • Perform other work-related job duties as required

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime

  • Pay Range is $32.75-$36.00 per hour 
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media (in a Corporate setting); required  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; preferred  
  • Proficient in platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, test, and send emails 
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS for managing website updates and content optimization 
  • Knowledge of local listing platforms (i.e. Google My Business, Yelp, etc.) to ensure consistency and accuracy across digital touchpoints 
  • Knowledge of data analysis with Google Analytics, Shopify, etc. to track performance and make improvements
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate well with others
  • Understanding of digital content calendars, content creation processes, approval processes, etc. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
