We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time position as a Company Store Retail Clerk based in our Baldwin Park, CA company store and merchandise warehouse.  The Company Store Retail Clerk will assist customers with retail purchases in the Company Store and Merchandise warehouse.

General Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist our walk-in customers at the In-N-Out Burger company store in Baldwin Park
  • Answer customer questions and offer suggestions
  • Cashier and stock merchandise in the store
  • Place and verify orders to restock the storage room
  • Ensure inventory levels are correctly maintained and stored in the correct locations
  • Responsible for preparing format letters, drafting customer correspondence, will handle customer questions regarding purchases and questions
  • Responsible for responding to all customer inquiries, including but not limited to: Retail purchases, online web orders, returns & exchanges, gift cards, tickets, etc.
  • Effectively communicate with fellow team members
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and recognize security risks and thefts
  • Work well with the Baldwin Park warehouse regarding any issues with quantity or quality of merchandise
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by Merchandise Manager

Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Pay Range is $22.00 per hour 
    The above represents the expected pay for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • 5 days per week – Rotating days, Monday-Saturday (Sunday required Nov. - Dec. seasonally)
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm 
  • Must be available to work company picnic and offsite events

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years In-N-Out Burger experience required
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Demonstrate a positive personality; strong commitment to helping In-N-Out customers and associates
  • Strong computer and typing skills; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative; Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision
  • Valid Driver’s License required
