We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant IV in the Franklin, TN office.  The Administrative Assistant will provide high level support to the Executive that serves as the Chief of Staff of In-N-Out Burger, as well as the Regional Manager for the In-N-Out Burger stores in Tennessee.  


General Responsibilities
Manage all administrative and clerical tasks for the Chief of Staff (CoS) and Regional Manager, Tennessee stores
Provide high-level, confidential support by independently managing complex schedules, handling sensitive information, coordinating support staff, and helping move key initiatives forward
Responsible for maintaining the calendar of the CoS; Set up meetings; Heavy calendaring
Support the execution of special initiatives and executive projects on behalf of the Chief of Staff to advance strategic goals
Oversee administrative approval workflows and delegate work to support staff while nurturing internal and external relationships
Research and compile executive reports and summaries to support informed decision-making and leadership discussions
Prepare and organize materials for speeches, conferences, and meetings to ensure the CoS preparedness, presence, and impact
Coordinate complex travel and logistics to support the CoS in staying efficient, focused, and adaptable across locations and commitments
Coordinate travel arrangements, book travel, create itinerary and timeline
Use Concur to keep track of travel receipts and expenses 
Help plan events and activities for the Snyder operations, such as arranging anniversary lunches, booking restaurants, sending out invitations, etc.  
Excellent customer service skills – will work with both INO Associates and outside vendors
Excellent writing communication skills – will draft correspondences, prepare reports and presentations  
Must always be friendly and professional
Accountable for various special projects that call for excellent administrative skills 
Strong computer skills in both word processing and spreadsheet functions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite, and project management software such as Asana
  
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time position, Hourly Non-exempt 
Office hours in Franklin, TN: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm*
o *Current office location in Baldwin Park – this position will be in Franklin, TN starting January 2026
Some weekend and holiday availability required

Qualifications for INO associates
In-N-Out Burger Store or Support experience: 2+ years
Store Management or Store Trainer experience a plus 
Excellent MS Office 365 knowledge - Must be computer and desktop PC savvy; Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong writing organizational skills 


Additional Qualifications
5+ years’ experience as an Executive assistant, or administrative assistant, ideally with advanced executive support experience
Experience working with restaurant Operational Leadership or Executive Leadership is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook  
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communication with all levels of management
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Comfortable handling confidential information
Strong attention to detail
