We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Waste Compliance Coordinator I based out of the Chino warehouse*. In this role, the individual will work directly with our trash haulers to ensure services are completed, making any necessary adjustment to the service schedule, and ensures restaurants are compliant with their services. This position will also be responsible for verifying and processing invoices, maintaining and completing documentation, and notifying stores of any overages or violations.

*This is a full-time, 100% in office position.

General Responsibilities

Follow-up with hauler on service issues
Verify and process invoices
Send overage notifications to the stores
Verify and update services for new, remodel, and existing sites
Track and report on monthly service costs
Maintain Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) records
Assist with permit applications and renewals
Schedule backflow inspections
Perform other work-related job duties as required

Work Schedule + Benefits

Full-time position, Hourly
Schedule: 5 days: Tuesday through Saturday (days off: Sunday/Monday)
Office Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM during the week
Must be able to work weekends
Weekend flexible hours (Saturday): 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay Range is $26.85-$29.75 per hour

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years in the waste industry is preferred
Associate's degree in Environmental Science is preferred, but not required
Operations experience preferred
*Willing to train someone with no work experience, but has an interest in learning about Waste
Knowledge of Waste operation as well as city, or state laws and ordinances evolving around waste management, a plus
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and must be detail orientated
For Store associates:

Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
Minimum Level 3
No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
