We are excited to offer a full-time Warehouse Worker position at our Colorado Springs, CO warehouse. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring that product is prepared and delivered accurately to our stores.

General Responsibilities:

Pulling orders on a routine basis by moving food items from storage areas to the shipping pallet.
Physically pulling orders from shelves and loading them onto trucks.
Responsible for keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
Transporting packed items onto shipping pallets and loading them onto delivery trucks.
Assisting with receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to ensure smooth product distribution.
Operating an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck to pull and prepare store product orders.
Maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
Hours: 11:00am - 9:30pm (4 days per week, set schedule, subject to change)
Weekend and holiday availability required; Overtime as necessary

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.75 per hour * The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (required)
Valid Colorado Driver’s License (required)
1-2 years of warehouse experience, or Order Puller experience (preferred)
1-2 years of experience working in a meat facility, food processing plant, or similar warehouse experience (preferred)
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Dependable and reliable with excellent time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 60-75 lbs.
Ability to work with heavy machinery
Experience using an electric riding pallet jack, forklift, and hand-truck for delivery (preferred)
