We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Receptionist based in our Phoenix, AZ warehouse.  


General Responsibilities

  • Receiving and directing all incoming phone calls
  • Monitoring entry to the facility and greeting all visitors
  • Responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including processing paperwork for the Night Crew
  • Assisting with vendor management; entering purchase orders
  • Supporting receiving by scheduling dock appointments and assigning receivers to unload vendors
  • Working with Logistics Analyst to collect paperwork from our Delivery Drivers, and communicate instructions to Shuttle Drivers
  • Help to fulfill will-calls from the Warehouse and distribute inter-department mail, as needed 
  • Will assist various departments with projects as needed 

Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role answering multi-line phones preferred but not required
    • Store Associates
    • Minimum (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
    • Minimum Level 3
    • No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and display a professional and accommodating manner both on the phone and in personal contact
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
  • High School diploma or GED (required)
  • Valid AZ Driver's License (required)
