We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Talent Acquisition Supervisor based in our Irvine, CA office.* This exciting addition to the Talent Acquisition Leadership team is due to Company growth. The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is a visible leader in the Human Resources Department who directs an established team of Talent Acquisition professionals, sets the strategy for their team's service to the organization, and participates in departmental initiatives. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition leader with a passion for excellent service, a proven track record of leading a high functioning team, and a deep skillset in talent acquisition best practices. This individual will directly manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Partners and report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

*This position is full-time in-office only.

General Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Coordinators who support a wide range of Support (non-restaurant) departments, including traditional professional services jobs and high-volume, non-exempt hiring for Supply Chain, Production, Fleet, Quality Control, Maintenance, Janitors, and similar business units.  
  • Build meaningful relationships with direct reports that encourage development, maintain standards, and build trust.
  • Develop and refine talent attraction strategies including employment branding initiatives, trade school outreach, referral programs, and digital and print advertising. Drive sourcing strategies for talent for tough to fill roles or markets. 
  • Partner with internal HR Partners on developing training materials to support line managers with interviewing and onboarding best practices.
  • Lead technology initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition Leaders and HRIS to ensure the ATS and HCM are meeting the needs of the TAP team and Hiring Managers.  
  • Build relationships with business leaders, ensuring their workforce planning needs are met and TA services meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Partner with HR Compliance on pre-employment screening and onboarding to ensure standards are upheld. 
  • Champion a candidate experience that ensures the recruitment process reflects In-N-Out Burger’s core values. 
  • Proactively gather and communicate market data on compensation, benefits, and total rewards to HR leaders. 
  • Serve as an ambassador of In-N-Out Burger’s Mission and Values in all candidate touch points, vendor relationships, and in public facing settings, such as job fairs, networking events, and school visits. 
  • Participate in special projects in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. 
Work Schedule and Benefits
  • Full-time position, Exempt
  • Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs will call for occasional overtime

  • Salary Pay Range: $120,000-150,000
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. This role qualifies to participate in the Company's bonus program. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years' experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team 
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support cross-functional initiatives with a positive, energetic approach to peers and client groups.
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Ability to strategically analyze data and examine issues while identifying themes and creating solutions. 
  • Experience with Avature ATS and Oracle HCM a plus
  • This position requires occasional travel to both local and out of state locations.
