We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Supply Chain Specialist currently based in our Baldwin Park, CA warehouse.  *This position will be permanently based in our new 26-acre Chino, CA Warehouse opening in early 2023.  

The Supply Chain Specialist reports directly to the Supply Chain Specialist Supervisor and is responsible for polling, inventory management across all facilities, inter-warehouse shuttle building, answering a variety of phone calls, and providing overall department support.  

General Responsibilities
  • Review Store orders to verify accuracy as part of order polling process; identify and resolve any discrepancies with orders 
  • Monitor all Warehouse inventory levels to maintain appropriate safety stock levels; assist with inter-Warehouse Shuttle building as necessary
  • Answer department phone calls and troubleshoot/route as necessary
  • Manage inventory across all Warehouse facilities 

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Hours: 7am – 3:30pm, Days off are Sunday/Monday or Friday/Saturday
  • Overtime as necessary

  • Pay Range is $22.50-$25.50 per hour 
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED is required 
  • Some college/Associate's degree preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control is strongly preferred  
  • Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required    
  • Basic knowledge of Slack, Asana, Cobra, INO reporting is preferred 
  • For Store associates: 
    • Minimum one (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger
    • Minimum Level 3
    • No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months and must be in good standing with Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Proven history of providing outstanding customer service while proactively troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ability to work autonomously/independently, yet be an integral part of an overall team environment
  • Desire to learn constantly, and willingness to try new approaches to administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, while exhibiting a positive and professional attitude  
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising discretion and good judgment 
  • Valid California Driver's license
