The In-N-Out Supply Chain Strategy & Planning team has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Supply Chain Project Coordinator I based in the Chino, CA office. This position will report to the Supply Chain Project Manager and will be responsible for supporting projects and coordinating all activities related to assigned projects or program.


As a key member of the Supply Chain Strategy & Planning team, you will be responsible for meticulously managing and ensuring that critical meetings are scheduled efficiently in collaboration with administrative support associates, and conflicts are proactively resolved. A keen sense of time management and proactive communication will be crucial in ensuring all logistical elements are flawlessly executed.  It is critical to identify impediments to progress early and quickly escalate for immediate resolution.

*Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.

General Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize 1-3 smaller scope projects from their start to completion, including creating & maintaining any required Project Execution documents
  • Responsible for coordinating/leading meetings, updating the project’s progress using various mediums (email, Slack, Asana, Teams, etc.), and prioritizing work based on the customer’s needs
  • Help develop rollout materials and design presentations for update meetings/trainings with the Supply Chain Team and customers
  • Communicate any issues, roadblocks, or scope creep to necessary parties
  • Understand project’s timeline, resources, and scope from the project’s kick-off
  • Responsible for managing tasks and communicating effectively to all members of the project until it reaches the support phase
  • Retrieve data from a variety of sources to identify outcomes and opportunities

Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime

  • Pay Range is $31.75 -$33.50 per hour

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Operations (Required) 
  • 1+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management (Required)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Possesses the ability to quickly learn and understand the fundamentals of In-N-Out’s Supply Chain infrastructure & applications
