We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Support Finance Team, located in the Chino, CA office*, specializing in Supply Chain and Maintenance operations. This position will report to the Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor and will be responsible for the budgeting process, developing workforce planning models, variance analysis and capacity planning.  This position will also serve as a key finance partner to our Supply Chain and Maintenance leaders, providing financial insights and strategic support to help informed decision-making.
*Please note that this is a full-time in-office position.

General Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment with organizational objectives, and timely performance reviews that drive business accountability.
  • Build, analyze and maintain labor models based on key performance indicators (KPIs), and productivity metrics to support workforce planning.
  • Develop, maintain, and apply advanced financial/scenario models to support long-term planning, business initiatives, and performance forecasting 
  • Partner with leaders to assess capacity needs, analyze volume trends, and plan for future growth, ensuring financial strategies align with evolving business demands.
  • Support period-end deliverables such as variance analysis and commodity reporting
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact financial reports and strategic presentations to leadership, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Leverage data tools and technologies (e.g., Excel, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets, ensuring precise, timely, and strategic analysis.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting systems, implementing best practices and innovative solutions that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and insight generation.

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time, Exempt 
  • Salary Range is $107,000 - $126,000
  • The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
  • Onsite, in office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm 
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime.
  • This position will be based out of our Chino, CA office. Requires occasional travel for off-site meetings at our Irvine, CA and Baldwin Park, CA offices, depending on business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance with a strong background in financial modeling, workforce planning and reporting
  • Preferred experience with food production, warehouse, logistics/delivery, or technical field services industry.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle and Smartview.
