In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time SharePoint Administrator I In our Irvine, CA office.

General Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility for this position will be to assist our current SharePoint Administrator with our intranet migration from SharePoint On-Prem (2013) to SharePoint Online
  • Configure and maintain our SharePoint Online platform, add document libraries, manage permissions, policies, and metadata, and develop shared storage space and backup procedures
  • Building out new, customized, internal/external, modern SharePoint Sites inclusive of Company’s Intranet
  • Permission implementation, controlling access to document libraries, and validating protocols and policies associated with this
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
  • Providing SharePoint and Microsoft support and end-user training
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data

Work Schedule + Benefits:

  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Online Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator 
  • Strong ability to interact with business and technical users
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and eager to streamline and improve process and workflows
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Perform SharePoint Online migration responsibilities at appropriate times, available for maintenance or upgrades at non-standard work hours

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Nintex Workflows & Forms (or similar technologies)
  • Experience with SSRS and Power Platform
  • Prior experience with SharePoint Migrations
  • Previous Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • SharePoint Designer – 2013
  • Experience with using PowerShell or other IT Automation
