We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Service Technician based out of Lancaster, TX and serving the Houston area. The Maintenance Service Technician needs to be HVAC certified and will work for the Service department.

General Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of all In-N-Out Burger restaurant equipment - cooking equipment, A/C units, refrigeration, plumbing, light carpentry, door, shelves, etc.
  • Working well independently with little or no supervision
  • Traveling to the In-N-Out stores in your region at a moment’s notice, in case of emergencies
  • Observing all safety guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness of your specific work area

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • The above represents the expected pay range for this job description.  Ultimately in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job related factors.
  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., occasional on-call availability required 
  • Schedule: Five (5) days a week, Sunday through Thursday (days off Friday/Saturday) OR Tuesday through Saturday (days off Sunday/Monday) 
  • Holiday and weekend availability required 
  • This person’s territory will cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in the Houston area; Preferred if individual lives in close proximity to the area
  • Travel is required (25%)

Qualifications
  • Must have EPA certification and HVAC certification
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in working in refrigeration, air conditioning repair, restaurant equipment repair
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
  • Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
  • "Soda Fountain" and trade school experience is a plus
  • Strong experience working as a Maintenance tech on commercial jobs
  • A valid Driver’s License
