The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst I is a vital role to ensure availability of product and continuity of supply to our stores in the most supply chain efficient manner. This role will partner closely with the S&OP manager to co-create and develop our S&OP process across the entire network while supporting the process with KPIs and metrics that drive strong decision-making. The S&OP Analyst I will be responsible for preparing advanced reporting and critical analyses providing accurate and detailed information in order to facilitate an effective S&OP decision making process.

*This position will be permanently based in our new 26-acre Chino, CA Warehouse

General Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing S&OP meetings, decisions made, decisions required and action items throughout each monthly S&OP cycle to facilitate alignment between operational and supply plans.
  • Document and following up on important actions and decisions from the S&OP meetings.
  • Create tools and processes that support key measures of demand, forecasting/gap analysis, capacity, and inventory modelling.
  • Create, monitor and maintain key S&OP metrics and key performance indicators
  • Generate and analyze operational forecasts utilizing historical data, burger volume and/or market assumptions (include item seasonality, peak seasons etc.).
  • Assess historical data, market trends, operational initiatives that can impact our current demand
  • Perform ad/hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support the S&OP process in the event of any supply disruptions

  • Office Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

  • Pay Range is $94,500-118,000
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, SC planning, Supply chain and/or warehousing
  • Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Tableau, High Jump, etc.) (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel and advanced knowledge with MS Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Strong initiative; Ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
