We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Procurement Analyst currently based in our Baldwin Park, CA warehouse.  *This position will be permanently based in our new 26-acre Chino, CA Warehouse opening in early 2023.  

The Procurement Analyst reports to the Supply Chain Business Manager and is responsible for the identification and improvement of data models and dashboards to help the procurement team make informed, strategic decisions.  


General Responsibilities

  • Prepares cost-benefit analysis reports for review by Management
  • Documents features and benefits of products and services
  • Provides analytical support to various areas of the business
  • Generates ad hoc analysis, as requested
  • Works cross-functionally in support of all stakeholders as a trusted business partner
  • Develops and maintains supplier scorecards

Work Schedule + Benefits

  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime as necessary

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is required 
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an internal purchasing environment is required
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management applications is required 
  • Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio is required    
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required
  • Demonstrated understanding of supplier relationship management a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all team members, stakeholders, management, and suppliers
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Proven history of providing outstanding customer service while proactively troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ability to work autonomously/independently, yet be an integral part of an overall team environment
  • Desire to learn constantly, and willingness to try new approaches to administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment, while exhibiting a positive and professional attitude 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising discretion and good judgment
