We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Plumber to service the In-N-Out Burger stores in Texas. The Plumber is based out of the Lancaster, TX warehouse, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing Plumber-related issues at the In-N-Out Burger restaurants throughout Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee.

General Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures for In-N-Out Burger restaurants throughout the company

• Perform sewer repairs

• Perform gas and water line repairs

• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, such as leaks, etc.

• Troubleshoot, service, and complete repairs to plumbing systems of current restaurants

• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.

• Use augers, snakes, cameras, remodels and new system installations

• Maintain the cleanliness of their work area

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

• 4 nights per week, 10-hour days

• Hours: Graveyard shift: 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; overtime as needed

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• Travel: 40-50% of the time Plumbers will be out of town or out of state; Travel required to the states where In-N-Out Burger operates including Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee

Qualifications

• Plumbing repair and remodel experience preferred.
• Professional plumbing experience in residential or commercial service and repair preferred.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in commercial, industrial, or restaurant buildings preferred.
• Extensive travel schedule – must be able to travel out of town/out of state for up to 8 days at a time
• A Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Familiarity with Uniform Plumbing Codes
• Strong customer service orientation; Friendly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Be able to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
