In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Microsoft 365 Administrator I In our Irvine, CA office.

General Responsibilities:

  • Champion the adoption of Microsoft 365 services as appropriate for our business
  • Assist our Microsoft 365 team with our intranet migration from SharePoint On-Prem (2013) to SharePoint Online
  • Act as the primary contact and champion the adoption of Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite
  • Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
  • Provide Microsoft 365 support and end-user training, training plans, and documentation
  • Keep up to date with product updates of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Bring forward recommendations to enhance user experience, reduce costs, and improve reliability
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data

Work Schedule + Benefits:

  • Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • Department needs may call for occasional overtime

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 1+ year experience of Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong ability to interact with business and technical users
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and eager to streamline and improve process and workflows
  • Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Perform migration & administration responsibilities at appropriate times, available for maintenance or upgrades at non-standard work hours

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Nintex Workflows & Forms (or similar technologies)
  • Experience with SSRS and Power Platform
  • Prior experience with Microsoft 365 Migrations
  • Previous Microsoft 365 administration experience
  • Experience with using PowerShell or other IT Automation
