We have an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Information Systems Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of core supply chain systems and tools, which includes off-the-shelf technology and internally developed systems. This position serves as the technical point of contact for information systems supporting supply chain functions including procurement, planning, order management, distribution, and logistics. This role will be responsible for leading strategy through execution for supply chain technology and systems, while owning the 3 to 5year technology roadmap for modernizing our systems, processes, data, and infrastructure. The position will oversee and delegate work to a growing team in order to support the requirements of the business.
General Responsibilities
- SCIS Functional Management: Provide guidance in the strategy, design, implementation, and maintenance of Supply Chain Systems. Lead the development and design of systems and relevant modules within our new ERP platform. Customize and configure the SCM system and other Supply Chain systems to In-N-Out’s processes. Partner with IT and other subject matter experts to ensure optimal use of systems, integrations and business requirements.
- Projects/Process Improvement: Use project management skills to develop project plans and monitor SCIS initiatives. Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities to improve processes. Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions and ways to remain compliant with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Business/User Support: Oversee and support supply chain systems including, but not limited to ERP, WMS, TMS, and Fleet Management System. Identify trends and ways to proactively resolve gaps. Research and resolve system problems; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Utilizes the team to build the best customer experience to support our supply chain functions.
- Team: Work under the general supervision of the Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Planning who sets goals and objectives. Associate is expected to administer and maintain information systems without the need for assistance other than higher level, external technical support when necessary. Lead and direct team members and assign projects and responsibilities as appropriate. Works closely and collaborates with the IT department on all initiatives.
- Change Leadership and Training: Collaborate with our Project Management team to develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to encourage and enable user adoption. Train and develop team members on new processes/functionality and delegate the training of new system users.
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time, Exempt
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Overtime as necessary
- Occasional travel for visits to In-N-Out Burger Warehouses, which may include nights & weekends

- Pay Range is $127,000 - $170,000 annually
- The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of information systems and supply chain experience within procurement, planning, inventory, distribution, logistics, and reporting
- 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Prior IT/management consulting experience implementing complex systems is strongly preferred
- Prior ERP / Oracle Based supply chain management experience is strongly required
- Bachelor’s Degree in any supply chain or IT disciplines required
- Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently, setting priorities and working cross functionally while consistently delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines. Asana experience a plus.
- Able to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to collaborate with users of all skill levels
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain information systems, methods, and practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in data and database management methods and practices.
