The In-N-Out Burger Information Technology team has an excellent opportunity for a full-time IT Project Manager , located in the Irvine, CA office*.

The IT Project Manager will take on the responsibilities of planning, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects that involve the Information Technology (IT) department. This Associate will report into the IT Project Management Office (PMO) Supervisor.

*This role is based full time in office

General Responsibilities

* Plan and organize high value business and technology transformation projects from their start to completion, including coordinating the needs of multiple customers and many stakeholders.

*Responsible for managing project plans, work breakdown structures, tasks and communicating effectively to all members of the project until it reaches the support phase.

*Understand and drive the project’s timeline, resources, and scope

*Work closely with the Technical Leads to identify issues they will need to account for or areas in which they will need to lend their support

*Responsible for coordinating/leading meetings, updating the project’s progress using various mediums (email, Slack, Asana, Jira, etc.)

*Help create presentations and rollout materials.

*Ability to communicate complex topics to executives in a simple, straightforward manner.

* Ability to understand low to medium technical complexity and communicate those details to the whole project team.

Work Schedule and Benefits

*Full-time position, Exempt

*Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

*Department needs will call for occasional overtime

Salary Pay Range 97,655- $122,065

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

*In-N-Out Burger Store or Support experience: 1-2+ years

*Bachelor’s degree preferred; and/or

*Store Leadership experience preferred, e.g. Shift person, Store Trainer, All Stars, etc.

*Must be computer and desktop PC savvy - Knowledge and use of Microsoft office suite programs

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong writing skills

*Strong desire to be a Project Manager

*Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

*Ability to understand project requirements and drive projects forward

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

*Ability to work across multiple workstreams at the same time

*Ability to lead meetings and produce positive results

Work Location Details

In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company’s western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.

Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
