We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Event Support Graphic Designer in our Incentive Trips & Travel Department in the Irvine, CA* office.  The Event Support Graphic Designer will report to the Events Support Lead, and is responsible for the successful completion of design projects by creating assets for digital and print applications for the Events and Incentive Trips & Travel Departments.  The Graphic Designer will work closely with event planners and the Events Support team on company event assets including website graphics, email communication, signage, flyers, menus, presentations, etc.  

*This position is full time, in-office only

General Responsibilities
  • Create and update design assets requested by Event Planners and department members
  • Follow brand guidelines and brand kits for the Company and events
  • Collaborate and assist with the internal team and external vendors on design projects
  • Design asset management
  • Cover and assist in planning other projects as needs arise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design applications
Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
  • Pay Range is $30.50 - $35.50 per hour
    The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors
  • Office Hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm 
  • Department needs will call for occasional evenings and weekends working an event; be able to work over an 8-hour work day during an event
  • Travel time: It is anticipated that 10% of the work time will be spent in the field and will require overnight and weekend travel, to include out of state travel

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design/Media, Marketing, Fine Arts or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of Graphic Design experience
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, featuring examples of print and digital work
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe creative suite required – Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign 
  • 2-4 years experience working  on a creative team within an organization
  • Motion graphics software is a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • In-N-Out Burger restaurant experience preferred; Strong customer service and hospitality skills 
  • Proficient in web based graphics including formatting, optimization, and on screen considerations
  • Experience with online event registration systems and event apps, such as Cvent, preferred 
  • Strong proficiency and knowledge and use of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to take projects from concept development to production
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
