We are looking for a full-time Compensation Supervisor based in our Irvine, CA* office. At In-N-Out Burger, we attribute our success to our incredible Associates, and we believe in rewarding them with lucrative pay and benefits. 

As a Compensation Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Compensation Partners and assist the Compensation Manager with the day-to-day administration of compensation programs and structure. You will collaborate with HR and Business Leaders on compensation analyses and strategy. Your compensation expertise will be relied upon in a diverse array of projects like Market Pay Analysis, Pay Equity Review, and systems implementation. *This role is full-time, in-office only.

General Responsibilities
  • Perform job evaluation, market pricing, and complex data analysis to evaluate pay competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Provide guidance to business leaders in assessing Associate pay and propose pay adjustment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Business Leaders to approve pay recommendations for offers and status changes.
  • Advise business leaders in org restructuring and planning.
  • Maintain pay structure (e.g., job codes, job descriptions, job levels, pay ranges, etc.).
  • Administer Merit and Incentive Programs, including quarterly bonuses for Senior Leaders.
  • Supervise a team of 3-5 direct reports on the Compensation team, providing mentorship, guidance and professional development.
  • Facilitate trainings and workshops on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance current processes and methodologies.

Work Schedule + Benefits
  • Full-time, Salary, Exempt
  • Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
  • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors. This role is also eligible to participate in the Company bonus program.
  • Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience and knowledge (market pricing, benchmarking, pay structure, job descriptions, pay analysis, survey participation, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Advanced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CompAnalyst – Salary.com software, and Oracle is a plus.
